How can I make a ticket reservation?
You can reserve free tickets on the Porsche SCOPES Seoul website as long as they are available. Due to limited capacity, tickets may be sold out.
Are tickets different for each day?
Yes. Each day has a separate ticket. Make sure you reserve tickets for the date you want.
Where does the festival take place?
The Porsche SCOPES Seoul Festival will be held at Layer20 Studio(236 Wonhyo-ro, Yongsan-gu, Seoul), conveniently located within a 10-minute walk from Samgakji Station, Hyochangwon Station, and Namyeong Station. Please check the map below: naver.me/FS5IqcUp
How do I get my tickets?
If you have made a ticket reservation on the Porsche SCOPES Seoul website, QR tickets will be sent to the email address you provided. Please note that this event is open to individuals aged 19 and above, and you must present identification upon arrival. For fast entry, please prepare the QR tickets and your ID in advance. Once verified, you can enter and enjoy the festival.
What are the entry times?
Entry and ticket verification will start according to the festival opening times. For October 12th-13th (Thursday and Friday), the event is scheduled to open at 18:30, while for October 14th-15th (Saturday and Sunday), the opening time is set for 14:00. Please note that these timings may be subject to slight adjustments based on the day's circumstances. Entry is on a first-come, first-served basis, and there may be waiting periods due to the venue's maximum capacity. Having a ticket does not guarantee entry, as indicated on the website during ticket purchase.
Is re-entry permitted?
Re-entry after leaving is based on a first-come, first-served basis upon verification of your registration information. Depending on capacity, re-entry may not be possible. Please exit the venue carefully.
Can someone else collect my ticket on my behalf?
Porsche SCOPES Seoul is an event for individuals aged 19 and above, and ID verification is mandatory for all attendees. Tickets cannot be transferred to others.
Where can I find the festival schedule?
The festival opens and closes as follows.
October 12th (Thursday) - 18:30 to 23:00
October 13th (Friday) - 18:30 to 01:00
October 14th (Saturday) - 14:00 to 01:00
October 15th (Sunday) - 14:00 to 22:00Detailed program information can be found on the Porsche SCOPES Seoul website. While the start and end times of performances are fixed, specific performance times for individual artists are not disclosed to encourage attendees to explore and discover artists. Installations will be opened until 23:00. Make sure to come early if you are mainly interested in installations.
How do I collect panel talk tickets?
If you have reserved panel talk tickets on the Porsche SCOPES Seoul website, QR tickets will be sent to the email address you provided. Upon arrival, both the festival entry ticket received via email and the panel talk ticket will be verified. After confirmation, you will receive an entry wristband and a panel talk participation ticket. Attendees with panel talk tickets can proceed to the third floor at the designated time, presenting their physical panel talk ticket for entry. Depending on the third floor's maximum capacity, adjustments and waiting may be necessary, following the guidance of event staff.
Are there any prohibited items?
While there is no dedicated bag check, certain items are restricted from entry to ensure the safety and comfort of all attendees. Prohibited items include flammable or inflammable substances, weapons, explosives, and other hazardous materials (such as glass bottles, fireworks, etc.). Our prepared lockers may close early, so we recommend minimizing personal belongings for a more comfortable viewing experience.
Is it possible to bring outside food and beverages?
Food and beverages will be available for purchase inside the event venue. Bringing outside food and beverages is not allowed.
Will there be food and beverage vendors at the festival?
The first floor features an alcohol bar with a diverse selection, including options like whiskey coffee, highball, beer, and wine. Dessert(Financier) is also served. On the third floor, there's a non-alcoholic drink bar where you can find non-alcoholic beer, coffee, non-alcoholic wine, and snacks like biscuits, churros, and mixed skewers. Vegan and vegetarian options are also available.
What should I do in case of an emergency?
The event management team will coordinate with local fire departments (Yongsan Fire Department, Yongsan Police Station), nearby hospitals (Soonchunhyang University Seoul Hospital Emergency Medical Center, Severance Hospital Emergency Treatment Center), and take appropriate measures in case of a fire or emergency situation. In the event of an emergency, please notify our staff immediately.
Are there any restrictions on photography or filming at the festival?
There are no strict rules for taking photos and videos; you're welcome to capture the moments. Just remember to be respectful of the artist's work and performances.
Is parking available?
There are not dedicated parking spots for the festival available. We recommend using public transportation or taxi.
